The Low Row is professional articulated bodybuilding equipment, designed to strengthen the main parts of the body involved in rowing, such as the latissimus dorsi, posterior deltoids, trapezius, rhomboids and biceps brachii. This equipment is essential for anyone who wants to improve posture and achieve the popular "V" shape. Rowing on the machine helps to strengthen the dorsal region, positioning the shoulders back and the chest forward, in addition to strengthening the biceps.

Low Row stands out for several characteristics that differentiate it from its competitors. It comes equipped with elastic supports, providing additional resistance during exercises. Rubber protectors on the contact parts of the user's feet prevent wear and tear on the machine. The easy-adjustable seat allows for quick and practical setup. In addition, the equipment has an instruction board to guide users in correctly performing the exercises.

Available in green, yellow and black, the equipment integrates with the look of your gym. Its stainless steel ringer has a capacity of 200 kg, with 100 kg per arm, ensuring an intense workout.
