The Leg Press 45º is a piece of equipment that allows you to strengthen and develop different muscle groups in your body.
When performing the exercises on this equipment, you will mainly activate your leg muscles, such as the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. In addition, it also strengthens the muscles of the lower back, improves posture and body balance.
