Delivery, exchanges and returns policy


The forecast for delivery of your products varies according to the place requested for delivery and availability of the product purchased.

ATTENTION: The forecast for delivery of your order will be considered from the confirmation of payment and not from the completion of the purchase.


A Movement is not responsible for the assembly of the products. The company is also not responsible for errors or damage caused to the products due to poor assembly. All exchanges and returns must be communicated to Movement before shipping the products. The exchange or return of the product purchased will only be accepted by the Customer who is:

Products shipped to Movement without prior communication, outside the period of 7 (seven) days or with the absence of items/accessories that accompany it, may be resent without prior consultation (to be charged to the customer).


In order to make a return due to regret, under the terms of the Consumer Protection Code, the following conditions must be observed together:

The. The request for withdrawal of the purchase must occur within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product. After this period, the return will not be accepted;

B. The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, without violating the manufacturer's original seal, accompanied by the Invoice, the manual and all its accessories. The cost of postage or collection of goods will be responsibility of Movement. If the product is defective after 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt, but within the warranty period, contact any Movement Authorized Technical Assistance, to enable repair. Movement will check exclusively through the Invoice if the product object of the claim is still within the warranty period, being essential to present it at the time of contact.


The refund of the purchase price will be provided only after receipt of the product by Movement and analysis of the conditions of the returned product(s).


Deliveries are made to the place indicated in the order. It is essential that, at the requested address, there is a person to receive the goods and sign the proof of delivery. If the attempts result in failure, the order will be returned to the Movement and the customer must pay a new freight and confirm his address. After confirming the address, the goods can be resent. The delivery period, the same as the one informed at the end of the order, starts from the confirmation of the address. In case of refusal of receipt without reason of damage to the goods or packaging, the second delivery will be at the customer's expense. In case of change of delivery address without prior notice to Movement, re-delivery will be at the expense of the customer.

The responsibility of Movement limited to the warranty terms included in the equipment's Instruction Manual. It does not include any responsibility for commercial obligations and conditions assumed by the Reseller with the consumer, without the express written consent of Movement.
